Making technology more mainstream
Did you know that the lack of competence among employees is the biggest obstacle facing AI development in Sweden?
As a business student you quickly learn how to manage economics. However, there is a lack of a holistic business view, something which I think is needed in the market. Looking at the current challenges we are facing, it is not enough that the tech nerds at the company are the only ones with knowledge about technology. We all need to get involved and gain knowledge about the opportunities and challenges to drive positive change.
But how can we do that?
Here are 3 examples of how I think that we can make tech more mainstream:
Incorporate technology in business education to educate future entrepreneurs and employees to be the change leaders
Aligning regulations and governments with technological development to make it possible for businesses to actually adopt technology.
Make technology understandable for everybody by communicating it in an easy way
